In this edition of our Savouring Summer recipe series, we’ll show you how to create blissful Rockmelon and Lemon Frappés!
Prep time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4-6
Rockmelon and Lemon Frappé Recipe Ingredients
750g skinless rockmelon, cut into wedges
300g lemon sorbet
8 (180g) ice cubes
1 lime, peeled
Mint leaves, to garnish (optional)

Rockmelon and Lemon Frappé Recipe Method
Place 350g of the rockmelon into the Breville Bluicer blender jug with the sorbet and ice cubes.

Attach blender jug to juicer spout, turn the variable speed dial to Soft Fruit and juice the remaining rockmelon and lime.
Remove juicer and place blender jug onto motor base. Close lid securely.
Select the Frozen Cocktail program to blitz the juice and sorbet mixture together. (It will stop automatically).
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
