Ingredients
120ml pink gin
60ml fresh lemon juice
60ml sugar syrup
1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
Lemon twists, to garnish
Method for Pink Gin French 75 Cocktails
1. Shake pink gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice until chilled.
2. Strain into champagne flutes.
3. Top with sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with lemon twist.
