In this tempting new recipe series, we show you how easy it is to whip up an Ultimate Easter Feast using the latest kitchen appliances from Harvey Norman! On today’s menu: Frozen Negroni.

Frozen Negroni Ingredients
700gm ice cubes
100ml Campari
100ml dry gin
100ml vermouth
100ml freshly squeezed blood orange or orange juice
Citrus twists or orange segments, to garnish

Frozen Negroni Method
1. Combine all ingredients in the Smeg 50s Style Blender jug. Blend on level 4 for 20 seconds or until smooth.
2. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with citrus twists or orange segments and serve immediately.
Note: For a stronger, deep-coloured Negroni, add another nip of Campari to each glass.
