Frozen Pineapple Margarita Recipe
Serves 2
Ingredients
100ml tequila
30ml Triple sec
40ml lime juice
½ cup pineapple, chopped and frozen
2 cups ice cubes
Lime wedges, to garnish
Method
Place tequila, Triple sec, lime juice, pineapple and ice in Breville blender. Push the PULSE/ICE CRUSH button and pulse until ice is crushed. Garnish with lime wedges.

Frozen Mango Margarita Recipe
Serves 2
Method
100ml tequila
30ml Triple sec
40ml lime juice
½ cup mango flesh, roughly chopped
2 cups ice cubes
1 orange slice and 1 blood orange slice, to garnish
Ingredients
Place tequila, Triple sec, lime juice, mango and ice in Breville blender. Push the PULSE/ICE CRUSH button and pulse until ice is crushed. Garnish with orange and blood orange slices.
Watermelon Frappé Recipe
Serves 2
Ingredients
4 cups seedless watermelon, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 tbs lime juice
2 cups ice cubes
Mint leaves, to garnish
Method
Place watermelon, lime juice and ice in Breville blender. Push the PULSE/ICE CRUSH button and pulse until ice is crushed. Garnish with mint leaves.
Berry Frappé Recipe
Serves 2
Ingredients
40ml berry or hibiscus cordial
2 cups soda water
2 cups ice cubes
Rhubarb strip and mint leaves, to garnish
Method
Place cordial, soda water and ice cubes in Breville blender. Push PULSE/ICE CRUSH and pulse until blended. Pour frappe into glass and garnish with rhubarb strip and mint leaves.
